While all honorees were not able to be present their contribution was noted in our Master of Ceremony and Scout Leader, Bill Harp’s address.   “The 2016 Class contributed a total of 5279 hours to their Eagle Scout projects,” Bill stated along with giving us a brief outline of the individual projects our attendees accomplished.   Rotarian and Scout Leader, Aaron Weissman stated that Lewis and Clark District, which is the Great Falls area, has a large percentage of Eagle Scouts with 14% of all Eagle Scouts in Montana being from our area.  Rotarian and Scout Leader, Jim Kizer gave an inspirational speech about the values scouting endorses and challenged the Scouts to “always remember what you’ve been taught about how to give back.”  He also stated that today there are 2 million scouts in America.
