Jason Riphenburg gave us look into the workings of the Montana Judicial Branch of the Youth Court Services.   Under Jasons' leadership we see how progressive our district is.   In facing the challenges of how youth in the system can get around to commitments and job interviews, a suggestion from Robert Holter would be to help out by donating your unused bikes to the youth.  We should discuss this idea more.
