For 28 years Dr. Deb Kottel has been spearheading Camp Sky Child at Camp Rotary. This is a camp for children whose parent(s) are incarcerated.Many of these children have never been camping, or exposed to organized activities like arts and crafts. Our Club donates the facilities to help defray the cost of hosting such an important part of a child's life. Dr. Kottel told us these children make poor choices because they can't choose what they have not experienced. The camp exposes children to new experiences and hope. if you have children's book you would like to donate for next years camp, please do so. Dr. Kottel could also use donations to help take these children to the Nutcracker Ballet this winter.
