Cari Yturri headed the I Love Rotary meeting on February 10th, 2026. Several Rotarians got up and talked about why they love Rotary. Some of the reasons they love Rotary included the sense of community from volunteering to support Camp Rotary, but also to the larger mission to support Rotary International in goals to eradicate polio and for the clean water initiative in Guatemala.
One of the main ways that you can support Rotary International is by becoming a Paul Harris Fellow. To become a Paul Harris Fellow, you donate $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation, and there are a few ways to accomplish this. For instance if you donate $100 per year, in 10 years, you'll have earned it. When you donate, you get points. These points can be used to help another Rotarian to get their Paul Harris. Another interesting fact is that after 3 years, half of the money comes back to the state of Montana District Rotary.
