Kristy Scott, The History Museum & Research Center
Grand Opening day of the newly renovated museum and newly added research center and visible vault! September 14, 2024
Our very own Kristy Scott giving us the fantastic details of the things she was able to secure for the museum such as the records for the Ursuline Center as well as the Tribune archive records before either of them left Great Falls. The Historical Society began in 1972 with the want to save the old Central High School.

Just when you think you've heard the last of the District 5390 Spectacular Raffle you have one more chance to get one of the great raffle prizes.

One of our winners graciously asked if we would like to auction her prize off (The Golf Round with Coach Vigen) to one of our Bobcat inclined Rotarians who might appreciate it more than this diehard Grizzly Fan. Who could say "NO" if it helps us get closer to our $37,000.00 goal?

This Prize has a declared value of $2,000.00 and the winning bid will get us that much closer to our Raffle Goal of $37,000.00 and we are just $1,915.00 away from hitting that number.

So How Will the Auction Work?

The District 5390 Foundation is holding a "single bid" silent Auction beginning today and ending on June 14, 2024, at Midnight.

To enter simply send me an e-mail (reply to this one is fine) that includes:

     1)   The name of the person who will get the prize if you win,
     2)    An e-mail or phone number so we can let you know if you are successful with your bid, and
     3)    Your bid amount.
Remember to make it your maximum bid as you can only submit one (1) Bid on this fabulous prize.

On June 15th the highest bid received will become the winner and they will be notified. In case of a tie at the highest bid, we will conduct a single bid off between the high bidders.

Please bid on this prize and be generous when you do as all the proceeds come back to our Rotary Clubs in the form of District Grants.
Remember to meet at the bandshell at Gibson Park at 10am!
ATTENTION ROTARIANS:

John needs help finding a contractor that can go cut down some trees for a fire line around Camp Rotary. This is a job to big for just the Rotarian volunteers, so if you have information on someone that might be able to do it, please reach out to John as soon as you can. Fire season is coming sooner than we would like so the faster it gets done the safer the camp is.
