Silent Auction News
Thank you so much to all our Club Members for coming through big for our Harvest Howl Silent Auction and agreeing to make asks of dozens of businesses in Great Falls. If you agreed to make an ask, please review the Silent Auction Donation Outreach Tracker attached to this email and confirm we listed you for the correct business(es). Also, to help when making asks, please see attached a Harvest Howl 2025 Info Sheet with info about this year’s event as well as our Harvest Howl 2025 Silent Auction Donation Form. Once you have the Silent Auction Form filled out, please return it to Beth McFadden at a Rotary Lunch or scan or take a picture of it and email it to Beth at mcfaddenbh@gmail.com. Also, note that auction items can be brought to Rotary Lunch or dropped off directly at Credit Associates, 1308 12th Ave S, Great Falls, MT 59405. Please only drop off items during business hours, 9am-5pm M-F, and when you drop item off do not go upstairs to Credit Associates, instead go to Purvis Chiropractor, which is on the bottom floor of the same building as Credit Associates, and let the receptionist know you are there to drop off Harvest Howl Auction items. The receptionist will then take you to the room where items are stored.
