Keith Tokerud gave a very interesting report on changes the Montana State Legislature made to help facilitate a smoother transition of estate property and avoid probate difficulty. It didn't hurt that Keith was chair of the committee that helped draft and support the changes passed the Legislature. Many of us in the audience were glad when Keith explained the probate process.
