Trevor Floerchinger, Production Manager from ADF International Production Facility in Great Falls

This week Rotarians enjoyed getting to know more about ADF International, Inc.

ADF International Inc. is a North American provider of engineering, fabrication, and installation services for large steel structures and heavy steel building components.

They specialize in the fabrication of structural steel superstructures with highly complex architectural and geometric designs, and projects with tight, fast-track schedules.

Located in Great Falls, MT, ADF International is a division of ADF Group Inc. headquartered in Terrebonne, Canada.

Trevor Floerchinger began his career at ADF in 2015 as a crane operator in the coatings shop. He worked his way up to a foreman role in the paint shop, where he developed a strong interest in production processes, continuous improvement, and lean practices. As the paint shop production manager, he and his team established a structured approach to production flow and organization. His success in this role led to his promotion to plant production manager, where he now oversees all aspects of production at ADF Montana.

From the ADF, International Website:

“At ADF, volunteering isn’t just an activity
– it’s a reflection of who we are.“

ADF is committed to supporting the next generation through partnerships with local organizations.

ADF has also contributed to the preservation of local landmarks, such as the Monarch Bell Tower, by supplying and fabricating steel for rebuilding efforts.

In addition to community volunteer efforts, ADF is dedicated to promoting all trades and fostering lasting relationships Great Falls Public Schools and Great Falls College.

Rotary Tree Planting
Many years ago, Bob Holter, a long-time Rotary member, true lover of trees and retired U.S. magistrate judge, decided that the Rotary Club of Great Falls should buy one tree for each home built by NeighborWorks and Habitat. "Trees will last 100 years", Bob said, "what better legacy can we leave?"  The judge so believed in the tree project that he personally funded a large portion of the cost, with other club members participating as well.

Last week, Sheila Rice represented the Club at a ceremonial tree planting at Owner-Built Home number 185.  Each of the 10 homes in the 2025 build  will receive a Rotary tree, where Judge Holter can watch from above as the trees grow to provide shade to the homes.
