HELLO EVERYONE,
I hope this finds you well. As you all know, DG Rick's
Club Celebration is quickly approaching. In keeping with Montana Rotary tradition, we once again will be having a silent auction at the celebration in Missoula.
DG Rick is still contemplating how to designate the auction
proceeds, however, you can be certain they will go to a worthy cause.
I, as District Auction Master, am writing you to enlist
your help and participation. Clubs may donate a basket and/or item for the auction. Items from individual
Rotarians are also welcomed and greatly appreciated. Now, here's a huge favor I need to ask - if you plan on
donating an item, could you please email me a photo, a brief description and an approximate value of the
item/basket. This will help me in producing auction bid sheets.
Lastly, I am heading to Missoula on Wednesday,
May 15th. If anyone from the Flathead would like to
donate something, but is not attending the celebration, I would be more than happy to transport your item to
Missoula.
