Bryon Gustafson, Partnership Specialist and Kaitlyn Stevenson Administration Specialist

This week we welcomed representatives from the Montana Vet Program (MVP). Bryon and Kaitlyn are both veterans. Bryon served in the Army Infantry and Kaitlyn served in the Air Force.
The mission of the MVP is to provide veteran-led therapeutic adventure trips which promote healing through comradery, physical activity and adventure through tough-minded healing. MVP offers rafting trips on the Smith River and backpacking trips in the Bob Marshell Wilderness. During these trips veterans give back by completing conservation initiatives. Veterans learn tools that can help them overcome mental and physical hurdles caused by their service. Some of these tools include yoga, breathing, cold water immersion, mental plasticity, support system, nutrition, exercise, outdoor skills, self-reliance, discipline, and confidence.
Included above is a web link to the Montana Vet Program to learn more on how you can support the mission.
