Old Salt Coop

Cooper Hibbard is the ranch manager of Sieben Live Stock Company in Adel, Montana and serves as a board member of Old Salt Coop. He will be sharing how the rancher owned businesses are building a local food movement with restaurants, a summer festival, a butcher shop, meat packing plant, and a direct-to-consumer meat business.
